FLOWER DELIVERY

1. What is the deadline for same day delivery?

We work hard to ensure you receive same day delivery Monday-Saturday! To qualify for same day delivery, we ask that you place your order before 12.

 

2. Where do you deliver & what are the delivery fees?

We deliver to the Greater Austin area, including the West Lake, Barton Creek, University of Texas, Bee Cave, Tarry Town, Lakeway, and Mueller neighborhoods. Delivery fees vary based on zip code and will be specified at checkout. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at (512) 474-7719.

 

3. Can I have orders delivered at a specific time?

While we strive to accomodate our customers' requests, we cannot gurantee an exact time for delivery. Please contact us directly at (512) 474-7719 if you have a specific time frame request, and we will do our best to accomodate! 

 

4. What if the recipeient lives in a gated community or a building with limited access?

We ask that you provide all neccesary information and instructions (i.e. gate code, apartment number, etc.) when delivering somewhere with limited access. We also ask for the recipient's phone number in the event we are unable to gain access for the delivery.

 

5. What if no one is home to accept the delivery?

If no one is home and weather is mild, we will try to find a shaded area to leave the flowers. In extreme heat or other weather events, we will bring the arrangement back to our shop and contact the recipient to set up a redelivery.

 

6. Do you do weddings and other events?

YES! We love being a part of a special wedding day, bridal shower, a business lunch, office celebration, corporate event, and more! Contact us at (512) 474-7719 to talk about your custom order.

 

HOW DO I ORDER FLOWERS?

1. Select the product you wish to order.

2. Choose from our Standard, Deluxe, or Premium offerings.

3. Choose "Delivery" or "Pickup" and select the date when you'd like your delivery or pickup order.

4. Don't forget to add something special! (Locally made chocolate, artisan giftware, balloons, and more)

5. Select "Order Now" and complete checkout.

**As a reminder, images are a color and styling guide. There may be variations with our fresh flower bouquets due to availability and seasonality.

 

FRESH FLOWER CARE

1. How do I care for flowers?

If you have a vase arrangement...

Change the water and re-cut the stems every few days.

As you refill your water, make sure there is no debris or foliage that falls below the water line.

If you have a hand tied bouquet...

Cut the end of the stems off at an angle.

Follow the instructions on the included flower food packet to prepare water for your vase.

Fill your vase with the prepared water.

2. Does a bouquet of flowers need sunlight?

Fresh cut flowers do not need sunlight to survive and like it better away from direct air conditioning or heating.

 

3. How long can a bouquet of flowers last?

This is heavily dependent on the types of flowers used. However, if you are cutting the stems and changing your water daily, your flower arrangement should last at least a week, if not more. If you're looking for something long lasting, simply call us at (512) 474-7719 and request our designers to use long lasting blooms for your arrangement.
